Children

Our children's services are specifcally designed for children ages 6 to 12, who are experiencing emotional and behavioral problems that interfere with daily life, family, or school. Problems may be expressed in a variety of ways, such as impulsive or defiant behaviors, inability to concentrate, extreme or prolonged mood swings, or physical aggression towards self or others.

The daily activities of all Children's services are designed to increase problem solving and communication skills and enhance self-esteem. The goals of the programs are reinforced through modalities such as individual therapy, family therapy, expressive arts, goals group, therapeutic recreation, multifamily group, and parent education and support groups. We give every child the opportunity to reach his or her maximum potential in an environment that fosters success.
